Before we start
What counts as one workflow?
One trigger, one type of input, one drafted decision or output, one human owner, and up to two supported existing systems. We define the exact boundary in writing before quoting.
Can it act without a person?
Not in this sprint. Sensitive decisions, messages and spending stay behind human approval. Exceptions are made visible, with rollback steps.
What does it cost?
A narrow pilot starts at $15,000. Standard two-system projects are typically quoted at $20,000 and bounded higher-complexity projects at $25,000, after discovery. The signed scope fixes the price. Hosting, vendor fees, extra systems and later rollout are separate.
What if our data is sensitive?
We first agree on allowed data, access, model providers, retention and test environment. A regulated use case or compliance certification is not included by default.
What happens after two weeks?
You keep the agreed deliverables and a go/no-go recommendation. Further rollout and ongoing checks are separate choices.
